We know that making the first call can be difficult.
We want you to have a relaxed feel and help you through any need in life at TCC!
All forms will need to be electronically signed and insurance cards/photo ID will need to be uploaded by Checking Into the appointment through the links that are sent to. Any additional information will be sent electronically for you to sign. Should you have any issues you may fill out the forms at the office and make copies of needed info.
All appointments, payments, and Esigning of paperwork can be made through the portal.

We accept most Insurances and we can verify your benefits for you.
Insurance services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
